How To Calculate Ovulation Period?
Please help me in calculating my day 1 of periods?
I am confused and want help... I was told to calculate my ovulation day from first day of periods...However, I start getting some spots , in fact its little more than spots but not heavy one, before periods. This happens for about three days and then the heavy flow starts. I should calculate my ovulation day from day 1 of spotting or day 1 of heavy periods. Please help.
Along with this also tell me can a woman conceive during periods?
