How To Check For Breakage In Contraceptive Implant?

I just had my nexplanon (contraceptive Implant) replaced yesterday, my daughter accidentally bumped my arm pretty hard. I m afraid that the implant is bent or broken it feels like there is a bend in it, I can feel it through my skin. Do you think I should go to the emergency room, I just don t know if 3 years worth of medicine is being released into my body at once if it is broken?
