How To Check For Infection In Kidneys?

2 days befor Thanksgiving my kindneys felt as if they wer going to stop working. i had a lot of pain and i could not tell when i needed to urinate or not i would just drinking a lot of water and i would go to the bathroom even thought i didnt know if i need to go or not my doc give me a urine test said i had no infection what should i do
