How To Clear Blood Clots In Nasal Cavities On Being Diagnosed With Sinus Infection?

I have had a sinus infection for 4 weeks, am on my third round of penicillin. First Amoxicillin, then Doxycycline and now Biaxin but none have cleared it up. Although the nasal mucous is clear I am still blowing blood clots out of my nasal cavities but do not have nose bleeds.
