How To Clear Fluid In Ear Canal?

after two different anti biotic treatments for an ear infection, it seems I still have blockage, and fluids in ear canal...the pain is gone, I think the inflammation is gone, but still fluid running from ear...should I be concerned ? or will that clear up soon too?
