How To Clear Mucus In Throat Post Turbinate Surgery?

I recently had surgery to correct my deviated septum as well as reduce the size of my turbinates. Since the surgery, I constantly have mucus in my throat. I am unable to clear my throat. Is there any way to correct this? Worst case scenario, would I be able to have a procedure that restores my turbinates back to their original size?
