How To Clear Rash On Inner Forearms And Armpits?

I have has a rash for a little over a week. The rash is on my inner forearms and is starting to wrap around my thumb area and spread to the back of my hand. The rash is also in my groin area, around my belt line and in my arm pits. It does not itch. Sometimes it looks as if it's starting to clear up in my arm pit area but then comes back. It seemed to come out after I was really stressed out last Tuesday. Is this possible?
