How To Confirm Complete Abortion After Taking Misoprostol?

Hi. I took misoprostol 4 tablets (200mg) @10 pm on 2/8/15, and again 3 (200mg) tablets at 1am, heavy cramping, but barely ANY blood except when I wipe down there and press hard. The color is so dark its almost black. There are very small chunks on tissue. I had unprotected sex on 1/17/15 I was about 3-4 weeks pregnant. No discomfort at all. Should I wait a few days to see if I will bleed more heavily, or was I so early that heavy bleeding is not expected? Please help. I don t want to go to emergency room just yet and they send me home to see if the tissue will pass. Thanks.
