How To Confirm Pregnancy When Suffering From PCOS?

Hello. I'm normailly irregular due to PCOS. I havent had my period since january 6th. It's now the 22nd of february and no period as of yet. Many cramps though and I know for a fact I ovulated somewhere around feb. 9th. On february 18th & 20th i had eggwhite cm with small bit of brown blood. Yet no period? Could I be pregnant?
