How To Confirm Pregnancy?

Could you tell me the chances that I am pregnant? I had unprotected sex on the 7 day after I restarted birth control (I missed a week due to travel) and my stomach has been achy ever since. As if today it's been a week. 3 days ago I developed prurigo (I went to a dermatologist today and that's what he said it was) which I read is a side effect of pregnancy. I am living in South America where abortions are illegal. What do you think?
