How To Confirm Pregnancy?

Helo...axtually i had sex with my wife 20-25 days before without protection...and day before yesterday also without protection...so...today she confirmed she is pregnant...but i am not sure that this is the result of earlier or this time one...also we dnt want any child..so is there any test which can confirm this us the reslt of which one?? Also if it of first one then any method to stop pregnancy apart from abortion ..like any pills or whatever??
