How To Control Elevated MCH And MCHC In Blood?

Dear Doctor, Recently I have received Blood report i.e. MCH 32.5 (it shall be between 25-32) it is high. MCHC is 35.7 (it shall be between 30-35) it is also high. What measure I need to take to control above. My Joints are too paining daily from last 3 to 4 month and receintly I got married but this problem it effect or no..If yes than what measure need to take care in home made.
