How To Control Hair Fall?

Dear Sir, my self rahul age 24 i have a hair loss problem from 18yrs. in my childhood upto age of 5-6 there is no problem in my hair but after the age of 6 i have lost my hair from whole boby. i have done all type of treatment like homeopathy, allopathy, ayurvedic etc but there is no more benefits. pls suggest me what i will do.
