How To Control Hair Fall?

hello doctor,

i am 27 yrs old.i have severe hair fall since 2 months. its not normal. i am physically and medically alright.i am not sure what to use to prevent.i am really scare thinking about baldness. please help me out whether i should go for treatment or what treatment would be best for me.
