How To Control Hairfall ?

Hi iam debobrata ghosh from kol. Age- 27 yrs.Having hairfall for 3 yrs.i also have dandurf for which i use shampoo also but it is of no use , after having shampoo still it's persists . my hair becomes as a result very thin. i loose out many hair. please provide me a handy remedy for which i can gaain my hair. please help..
