Dear Sir: I started loosing my hair in my early 20s. I was told I am suffering androgenetic alopecia. But what i have noticed is that most of my hair (99%) that fall out have a yellowish grain that surrounds the hair root and my scalp is very, very oily and itchy because of which I take head bath twice a day. I take head bath in the morning and by evening, my hair look as if I have applied oil over my scalp. All the dermatologists whom I have seen till date have told me that it is seborrheic dermatitis with androgenetic alopecia and gave me ketoconazole and fluconazole shampoos, but none of them have been useful. Minoxidil use causes dry flaky scalp and headaches since I also suffer from migraine headaches. Sir kindly tell me is there any problem with my scalp because I have not seen anybody with such oily scalp and is there a treatment for both the oily scalp and the hair loss/hair regrowth.
