How To Control Semen Leakage After Urination?

hello, i have an habbit of masterbation to get myself relief from tension. I am currently 25 years old. I have been masterbating when i was 19 years old. i have left masterbation almost 6 months before but now a days i have been facing a serious problem. after urination i felt my semes to atomatically discharge afetr stopage of urination. almost 3 5 drops of semes starting to flow from urinary duct soon i have finished the urination. i have been taking zinc and Vitamin E for recovering from thsi upset situation. My height is 6 and every thing is perfect else this shit situation . please help
