How To Control Unusual Thoughts?

I am a 48 year old lady. I love my job, and my husband. About a year ago, I began to have crazy thoughts, like, You know he only loves you because you do as he says. And he knows your pretty ,he tells you.But he is the head of the house, you always have to let him know what your doing. Get out! Run! You can leave! And then I calm down, I breathe, I realize it s the voice talking, sometimes, to shut it up, I pull the skin off my fingers. I feel like theirs another person inside me,and it wants to destroy me. Is this menopause or something else?
