How To Cope With Perfume And Burning Smell Causing Headache And Hand Soreness?

i get headaches from what i call high pitched smells like perfumes but cannto smell low pitched smells like something burning my hands ache my feet get sore when I walk I am always really tired sometimes can sleep easily but it is broken had blsdder issues in the past suffer depression on and off and anxiety body aches knees hurt had first time severe attack of sciatic all down right side hip to my toe no blood pressure issues but weight gasin although eaing hasnt changed but nodesire to exercise or do work find it hard find not doing things right or neatly orderly and very slowly when I do get really hot even whilst typing this. yet get bored cant just sit other timesvague out.
