How To Cure A Bump On The Labia?

Noticed a bump on my Labia ... Noticed a head tried to pop it wouldn t pop .. So I soaked in the tub two days in a row and it pop ... I don t know what came out ... That was like 4 days ago it popped .... I can still feel where the bump was ... Laceration from the bump but here s the kicker I can t urine or poop ... It takes me long just to urinate ... I have to force myself haven t pooped in like a week at the longest ... Scared help
