How To Cure A Burn On Face Caused Due To Application Of Dettol On Wound?

hi,I had a small wound on face,so I used undiluted dettol to clean it,after a hour it burned my skin and blackens that part.I saw a doctor(not dermatologist) imidiatly,and she give me calamine lotion to apply,I hope the burn will be cured within few days,but I m worried that whether will it leave any marks or scars on face?
