How To Cure A Cyst In Underarm Which Is Growing In Size?

hi can you please help me in my worries because 2 days ago i 1 week after my menstruation i had a small movable peasized cyst in my underarm and when i pinch yesterday it becomes bigger and now when i pinch again there is already a clear then yellowish and bloody discharge and it becomes bigger. Im not sure if this is a fibrocystic fluid field cyst or boils because i took antibiotic two weeks ago and now i have a slight cold and i always drink coffee which can contribute to my hormonal changes. please kindly help me.
