How To Cure A Hard Lump At The Center Of The Forehead?

Hi! I ve developed a hard nickle sized hard bump/lump just off center of my forehead, over the last few days. I tried to puncture it with a needle after placing a warm cloth on it, but it did not pop but clear liquidnis running out of it. I thought it was a pimple.
