How To Cure Abrasions On Face And Black Layer Around Due To An Accident?

hi doctor.. recently i met with an accident and got severe abrasions in my face.. for the first 10 days it was healing.. and a now since i started going out, its not healing at all and some kind of black thick layer formed all around the wound. please advice me on what to do?? Thanks..
