How To Cure Azoospermia?

Hi,my name is ramandeep kaur . my husband is the patient of azoospermia. and asi had alredy consulted many doctors it is not cureable .
now i want to know that as he is not able to satisfy me nor he is able to give me a child.
and he is not ready for artificall insemination not for adoption .
what shall i do
