How To Cure Bartholin Cyst On Left Of Vagina?

I have a bartholin cyst on my left side and I have managed to get a little fluid out, after a warm bath with epsom salt. The color of the fluid was pinkish more towards brownish color. Now the bump is smaller but still there. It isn t painful, just uncomfortable. Should I be worried?
