How To Cure Bilateral Ear Infection And Bronchitis Fever?

my 3 year old has been sick for over 2 months with bilat ear infection bronchitis fever his absolute monocytes were 1500 he has had 4 sets of rocephine injections, he only seems to be getting worse thety are doing several labs for ALL,CEL, cystic fibrosis he also has the mthfr gene... is there anything else i should be asking for i have to force his dr to do anything
