How To Cure Blisters On The Scalp Caused Due To Lice?

hello.i have had very bad headlice and didnt know i had them for some months.ive been scratching constantly and now keep getting sores on my scalp.when they about to form i get a tngling sensation then they are painful.when thet are fully formed into scabs they dont hurt but ooze pus and itch badly.i also have dry flaky skin thats falling onto my shoulders.i have got rid of the headlice just by using a lice comb on dry hair.i couldnt put any solutions on my hair because i was worried it would hurt the sores.do you have any idea whats wrong and what i can do to rid these sores?thankyou.
