How To Cure Blocked Nose And Hoarseness In Voice?

I started to feel unwell last wednesday with what started like a cold, on saturday when I got up I ached all over, even my stomach hurt when I was breathing, and all under my eyes and towards my ears was (like pressure) I went to the chemist and got some over the counter medication which I have been taking, I feel so much better, but still have this blocked nose and croaky voice. (When I try and clear my nose by blowing its like a thick white/clear gunk coming out)?
