How To Cure Chest Pain On Left Side And Low HDL?

HI, I am 34 years old Male, having hypertension and taking medicines for that and also taking low dosage medicine for Cholesterol for about 3 years. My BP and lipid profile are normal except low HDL. I don t have Diabetic. My recent ECHO and TMT are normal. Some time I feel Chest pain in my left side. Do I need to worry for this pain?
