How To Cure Chocking Caused Due To A Piece Of Plastic Stuck Inside Throat?

Hello I swallowed a small piece of plastic a couple of hours ago and it's s bothering me it won't go down and I have ate a lot of food and drank liquids to push it down but it won't I've also gaged a lout and threw up a bit but I can still feel it, and if I put my finger down my throat I can feel the little plastic but I can't take it out, it's uncomfortable should I go to the ER?
