How To Cure Dandruff And Body Rashes?

i have an very bad dandruff which is from past 2-3 years,i have tried several medicine and home remedied which is not at all useful

may be i am not sure that because of this dandruff i have got red patches on over the body also,i have concern to many doctors,but no solution

please help me
