How To Cure Dark Spot On The Eye After Using Dettol?

Hi I have applied dettol liquid(with cotton) on my eye lid as there was a slight cut and now my whole eye lid has a dark spot and it's skin around it is dry. Will this dark spot go away and what can I do to make it go away. It looks really awful on my left eye lid.
