How To Cure Deformities In Palms And Ankle?

My wife is suffering from RA. Even after prolonged treatment with chloroquin and methotrexate she had developed deformities in the palms. Now she is suffering from acute pain with infammation in right ankle severly and moderately in left ankle. Any remedy?
