How To Cure Dermatitis ?

I have a itchy rash os small clusters of bumps on my left arm that seems to appear during the spring and stay around all summer. it started in April 2009 at that time I saw a dermatologist that said it was contact dermititis. she gave me a perscription for some medication that I use every time the itch starts but it does not go away until it starts to get cold outside
