How To Cure Difficulty In Breathing From Left Nostril Due To Sinus?

Hello, I have always had sinus problems and now I can't seem to breath out of my left nostril and it seems to cause pain when I breath on the left side of my chest, especially near the upper breast bone. i also noticed that the lower left side of my neck itches where there seems to be a lump on the vein.
