How To Cure Discomfort And Purple Spot On Right Nipple?

hey. i am a 20 year old female and have recently had discomfort with my right nipple. there seems to be a small reddish/purple growth or spot on my nipple and is very sore when it is touched or if it brushes against my t-shirt. i was wondering if you could help me with what it may be? thanks
