How To Cure Dizziness And Pain Around The Waist?

Hello, I am a 64 yr. old female college teacher.I started feeling pain in my right side, waist level, this morning.I also felt dizzy and lightheaded and cancelled my usual trip to the gym to walk on the treadmill.The lightheadedness is minor now but my side still feels painful when I press on it. It is more of a dull pain.I came home early since I didn t feel well and have been resting.Thank You, Patty
