How To Cure Dizziness And Stomach Discomfort?

Yes hi. about 3wks ago I had a cold . and during that time I thought I had a ear infection because I got really dizzy when I stood and felt like I would throw up .I got some drops and it seemed to get better. but now the cold is gone and today when I woke up I was dizzy and sick to my stomach again , what could it be?
