How To Cure Extreme Pain Like Burning Inside The Lower Arms?

Ive been to a dermatologist , an internal med Dr , a rhumatologist and a neurologist ....they were all baffled. The inside of my lower arms will become swollen under the skin, there is no redness but there is extreme pain and it feels like someone burned me with a hot iron, it will last for days then the pain will stop but swelling remains. Have you ever heard of this?
