How To Cure Fever And Hoarseness In Voice?

Yesterday i had a fever of 100.1, and an hour later 101.5. Then i went to bed and today when i started feeling week and tired i took my temperature again and had a fever of 99.1, and loss of voice for about 3 days now. Today im litterally whispering because my voice is just gone. Am i ok?? Is somthing wrong with me? What should i do?
