How To Cure Freckle Like Bump On Nipple?

hi i noticed a very small freckle like bump on my nipple...just wonering if this is normal..it is a bit raised and it is right on the areole part. i am 26 years of age. its more on the border i guess you can say...i jus found this a little weird. i did go topless in the summer a couple times....
