How To Cure Fungal Infection?

What I believe is a fungal infection forms a scab( on left calf) and then it falls off but the skin that is left is easily broken and pulled off then bleeds a lot and another scab will form and the process repeats itself. There was another similar condition just to the right of the one in question and it has healed correctly with a little scaring(whiter color) but has been competent.Recently I had a fall off the bike and all the broken skin developed fungal infections. The first time I had anything like this was on my scalp and it was gone in the summer therefore I believe it is fungus which does not do well in ultraviolet rays.
