How To Cure Headache And Dizziness?

hi i am an 25 years old working i am suffering from continous headaches for the past 2 years the medication is onbut moment i stop taking medicines i start feeling weired and dizzy also i suffer from jerks all the time like something pops up randomly in any part of my body and starts poppingcan you please help cure these headaches as these are ruining my life
