How To Cure Headache?

I am a 19 year old female that has been suffering with headaches (sometimes severe), dizziness, and lightheadedness for over a year without any reason or soultion to my problem. I have tried many different over the counter pain medications and none of them ever help my headaches and the dizziness never stops even if I am sitting.
