How To Cure Heat Boils On Vagina And On Breast?

Hi Doc, I have two Heat boils outside of the vagina and one on the breast. I m sure its a Heat boil as i jus came from very Hot Weathered places after two weeks to bangalore which is considerably pleasant. I have bee taking Hot water fermentation with Hydrogen peroxide three times a day today. Its impossible to sit! Any antibiotics that i can use or any topical ointment. Desperate here... Kindly help
