How To Cure Infection Of The Eyebrows After Plucking Them?

Hi, I have had light hairs in between my eyebrows which about a year and a half ago I mistakenly started to pluck. This has caused me no end of problems as the hairs are now a lot darker and thicker and keep getting infected as they struggle coming through the skin. I ahve recently had a consultation for laser hair removal as I thought this would help and the therapist agreed she thought it would. In between treatments I am not allowed to pluck so have been told to use a razor which I have and this has made it worse and the skin is infected and broken so I now cant go for my fisrt laser appointment for another week. I am concerned that it just is not going to heal now and so I dont know if I will be able to go thorugh with the treatment and will have this problem forever. Is there anything I can use on the area to help - I have tried moisturiser and aloe vera gel.
