How To Cure Internal Swelling Above Eyes After A Head Injury?

I fell and hit my head on the sidewalk because of the snow storm. I received a scrape on my forehead above my left brow and a scrape beneath my left eye. It also call a left black eye This happened a week ago.The black eye is gone. The scrapes are healing very well.Thing is that I feel a golf ball size thing behing my left brow that moves.What is it and what can I do? Vision is fine, no pain, etc. T
