How To Cure Irritation After Mole Clearance ?

Hi, I got a mole removed from my back on monday. It seems to be healing but I have a constant irritation which is causing me discomfort and pain. I thought it was just my top rubbing against it at first but, it is still irritating without my top on. The pain feels like a sharp shooting pain across the wound as if the sutures are tighting and pulling at the skin. Please help as I don't think I can put up with this feeling any longer.
