How To Cure Itchiness And Rashes In Shoulder Blades,mid Back And Neck?

I have a rash I between my shoulder blades with some swelling feeling pain. I have been itching on my head and on my body in general, but no rash other then between my shoulder blades in the top middle of my back. Also have some pain in back of neck with itching on neck. What could this be?
